Liz Pestow
Liz Pestow brings a wealth of diversity and experience in marketing and strategic leadership to her role as CEO of DELMAR Software Development. With a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing, Liz began her career in the automotive sector at Simpson Industries before becoming the Marketing Director at TLC Eye Care. In 2007, she joined the Indiana Crop Improvement Association in a multifaceted role responsible for business development, brand management, and software oversight. Liz joined DELMAR in 2016, and her impressive journey from Business Development Director to CEO in 2024 showcases her impactful leadership and vision. As CEO, Liz is committed to driving DELMAR toward a future of innovation and excellence, always prioritizing client success and delivering outstanding results.
Dan Kim
Daniel Kim is a dynamic leader and the COO at DELMAR Software Development, bringing extensive experience in business and software development. A proud graduate of Virginia Tech, Daniel began his career at Applied Research Associates and then CACI, where he played key roles in projects supporting the U.S. Army and Navy. His commitment to professional growth is exemplified by earning an MBA from UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School in 2017. In 2018, Daniel pivoted toward business and management when joining the DELMAR team. In 2024, he stepped into the role of COO, guiding DELMAR into its next phase of growth. With his unique blend of technical expertise and strategic business insight, Daniel is instrumental in driving continued success.
